Modern orthodontics not only “straightens the crooked teeth”, but also provide care over the correct development of masticatory organ and its functions. Orthodontics also eliminates effects of malocclusion (or bad bite). When not treated malocclusion may lead to the diseases of maxillary joints, caries, paradontosis and many other. Early diagnosis and effective treatment may prevent these diseases. The treatment and rehabilitation are possible at each age. At Clinica del Mare orthodontic care and treatment is provided by Dr. Beata Kaiser-Ziorkiewicz, DDS, PhD.
